Light these special lamps on Diwali

 

Use colorful earthen lamps to remove stagnant and negative energy by lighting the corners and every nook and corner with adequate light. Apart from this, sesame oil or ghee is the best fuel for these lamps.

 

The entrance should be well-lit and most importantly a puja lamp should be lit the whole night. Metals are good conductors of energy and kerosene lamps can be excellent stores of energy, so they have traditionally held great importance.

If you use a blue-colored earthen lamp in the North, green in the East, orange in the South-East, red in the South, pink or gray in the South-West, dark blue in the West, and blue in the North-West or Gray colors are suitable colors and they help in increasing the positive energy in and around your premises. Take special care of it

Diwali puja should always be performed in the Muhurta as given in the “Panchang” (Hindu calendar). Muhurta is given in the calendar considering the fixed ascendant, Pradosh time, and Amavasya date. The puja should be completed by prescribed rituals, Lakshmi Suktam, and various hymns. If you do not know the rituals personally, it would be useful to take the help of the ceremony coordinator – the priest.
