Vastu Tips For Buying Commercial Property

Vastu Tips For Commercial Property

While things have started to return to normalcy for Indian real estate, individuals and organizations need to be cautious before investing in a commercial property that provides them with consistent wealth flow, success, and stability in business.

Therefore, it is essential to take Vastu Consultation before buying any property, alongside other factors into consideration, while buying properties for business purposes.

Unlike past economic challenges, the outburst of the Pandemic has had an immediate, widespread impact on the commercial real estate industry. Having witnessed a substantial fall in revenue, several businesses closed their units or temporarily halted their operations to save on recurring expenses.

While the adversities that loomed over the commercial market during April and June have now begun to subside; investors, while investing in commercial property should be extremely cautious. While some properties can be fortunate for the buyers, others may not be so.

The buyer might end up facing financial losses and failures, even if he tries hard to grow his business and earn profits.

These Are Some Vastu Tips for Buying Commercial Property

  • While entrance in the North ensures an excellent flow of money and opportunities, an entrance in the north-east direction ensures wealth with spirituality. Having an entrance in the East helps to gain meaningful contacts.
  • Make sure to avoid high-rise buildings or temples in the northeast direction of your business premises as this leads to loss of wealth. However, in case you cannot avoid such structures, make sure that their shadow does not fall on your plot.
  • Always keep the southwest portion of the roof higher than the northeast. In other words, the top of the building must slope from southwest to northeast.
  • Make sure that the walls on the South and West sides are higher and thicker than the walls on the North and east sides.
  • Do not buy commercial properties placed on T-junction or Y-junction. Also avoid a property that has a big tree, electric transformer, heavy object, or a road with heavy public movement in proximity.
  • The premise should be strictly square or rectangular. Do not invest in irregular-shaped plots.
  • Ensure spirituality corners or wait for the lobby in the northeast direction.
  • The head of the business must have his office in the southwest direction.

After following the guidelines for the selection of premises, the next step is to take note of certain important points while designing the interiors. Here are certain points to consider.

  • The door’s dimensions should neither be too large nor too small. According to Vastu Shastra, large doors imply the leakage of wealth, whereas small doors prevent the flow of money from the business.
  • One must have underground water tanks or maximum open spaces in the northeast direction. Avoid having the same in the southwest region.
  • Generators and other electrical equipment should always be placed in the southeast corner.
  • Make provision for the staircase towards the south-west.
  • An overhead tank should be placed in the southwest.
  • While big trees should be in the South and West directions, lawns with tender plants should be planted on the North or east side.
  • A small temple can be constructed in the northeast corner.
  • The washroom should be constructed either in the north-west direction or towards the West. It should never be in the northeast corner.
  • There should be lots of windows towards the North and East directions.

Properties To Avoid As Per Vastu

1. Properties near cemetery/graveyard/hospital/temple.

2. Properties having an entrance in the South, southwest, or West directions.

3. Properties having slope or water bodies from the South to the West direction.

In addition to keeping the above considerations in mind, the buyers of commercial properties are advised to strictly avoid the hybrid guidelines of Vastu Shastra and Feng Shui.
