1. Keep the house clean
To maintain happiness in the family, you should regularly clean your house and its surrounding premises so that it is not cluttered. Removing dust and dirt generates positive energy which makes the mind positive and charged. According to Vastu, it also kills all harmful germs and viruses.
2. Puja Ghar
The structure of your house also affects the happiness of your house and the health of the family members. Therefore, when you build a house, remember that the place of worship in your house should be preferably from North to East.
3. Meditate
Everyone in the house should compulsorily do meditation for 15 minutes twice a day. Irrespective of your age. This will help in making the mind stable and calm and prevent emotional turmoil. This will also help in getting rid of stress or anxiety, which will keep you happy and healthy and will also keep the family happy.
4. Burn camphor
Vastu says that camphor is considered very auspicious. It neutralizes the negative energies of the house. Also, its fragrance improves the atmosphere of the house. Therefore, camphor should be burnt in different parts of the house.
5. Let enough light come into the house
We all know how important sunlight is for our immunity. Now that we are all stuck in our homes, it is important that there is enough space for sunlight to come into the house. So keep the curtains or windows open for a while. Apart from being beneficial for our body, it makes us feel even more positive.
6. Neem leaves
People should consume neem leaves. According to Ayurveda, neem leaves cleanse the blood. It increases physical strength. Also, neem leaves also help a lot in boosting the immune system.
7. Take care of colors
Colors affect us psychologically and mentally. They play an important role in our life. So the kind of colors you use in your house will have an impact on your happiness and family life. Shades of blue should be used in the north and north-east areas of the house while shades of green should be used in the east area. This will have a positive impact on the flow of money and will improve the health of mind and body.
